1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with Yeg Park N Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help — read our Refund & Returns Policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items that are unopened and unused, in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund.
- Items returned after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a partial refund or store credit.
- This policy applies to purchases made directly through yegparknshop.ca or our official stores. Third-party marketplaces may have different return processes.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and any free gifts or promotional items that came with the purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or packing slip) must be provided.
Not eligible: Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for return or refund under this policy.
Exceptions (non-returnable)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal hygiene and intimate items (e.g., swimwear, underwear) for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software, digital products, and sealed media once unsealed
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement, free return shipping, or a full refund — whichever you prefer and is practical.
- For items deemed defective, we may require return of the item before issuing a refund or replacement.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RA — unauthorized returns may delay processing or be refused.
If you prefer in-person returns and your order states “In-store returns accepted,” bring the item and your order confirmation to the listed store within 14 days.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), Yeg Park N Shop will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- For customer-chosen returns (change of mind, incorrect size), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items — we are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
6. Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7–10 business days for inspection and processing.
- After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days of issuance, but timing may vary by bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are handled as a return + new order. Follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. If an exchanged item is due to our error, we’ll expedite shipping at no additional cost.
8. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Partial refunds may be issued for items with missing parts, obvious signs of use, or damage not reported at the time of delivery.
- We do not typically charge restocking fees. If a restocking fee applies, we will disclose it during the return authorization step.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for a full refund and may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
9. Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be canceled without charge. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the returns process.
10. International Orders
International returns may have different timelines, duties, or taxes. Import duties and taxes are generally non-refundable. Customers outside our primary shipping region should contact Customer Support for specific instructions and cost responsibility.
11. Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned within 14 days for store credit if you do not have a gift receipt. With a gift receipt we can issue a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.
